I am Junior Professor for Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems at the Tübingen AI Center and leading the group Climate, Energy, and Machine Learning Systems at the University of Tübingen.

My research focuses on machine learning for problems related to sustainable energy systems, and I’m especially interested in uncertainty and the relationship between weather, climate and the energy system.
