In my master’s thesis, I investigated how the spatial resolution of wind speed data affects multi-decadal wind power predictions in Germany (see https://arxiv.org/abs/2410.14681 ). In collaboration with Nina Effenberger, Luca Schmidt and Nicole Ludwig, this work led to a paper on spatial resolution and model selection in which we analyse climate data from all over Europe (see https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1748-9326/adc01f ).
